DIGITAL PIANO SERVICE

Before you call us for service on your digital piano… several brands of digital pianos can NOT be repaired due to Parts that are no longer available. These brands include Baldwin Pianovelle, GEM, Suzuki, Technics, Kurzweil, some Yamaha, Samick, Williams and a few other off brands or store brands. Brands that we can service are Roland & Casio. We DO offer a large discount to buyers of the brands listed above if we cannot repair your piano. Most companies with the exception of Roland only offer parts for 7 years from date of manufacture (as required by the FCC). We are a service center for Roland and Casio for warranty service (we are not authorized for warranty service or shipping damage for online sales).

STORE POLICIES

2 Year 100% trade in / upgrade policy

JML Piano will offer you a Full 2 Year 100% trade in (from 2 years from date of sale) on any instrument you purchase from us towards any instrument in our store (less any sales tax or delivery charges). This trade up policy is for instruments owned by JML Piano only. We cannot trade you on instruments we have on consignment or are selling for other customers. Example: Buy a digital piano from us for $599. on Jan 2, 2020. Trade it in for another digital piano for $1,999 within 2 years (by Jan 2, 2022). Pay the difference of $1,400! NO other company will offer you this! Call our store for more details.

Returns & Refunds - For in store sales, JML Piano will gladly exchange any piano or digital piano that we sell you for a period of 15 days (from the date of the sale) towards any other piano we have in stock. If the instrument was delivered by JML Piano, a delivery charge and pickup charge may apply. For online sale returns, you must call us for an RA number. Your instrument must be returned in the original packing including all hardware, owner's manuals, and packing materials. A 20% restocking fee will apply and free shipping charges will be deducted. Customers are also responsible for paying return shipping charges. If an instrument arrives damaged, please either refuse the instrument or call JML Piano for assistance. Most all of our instruments and shipments are shipped with optional insurance with the shipper. Call JML Piano for more details.
